Very prompt. A bit lacking in the use directions. Was told there would be a DVD on use but finally goy a PT to show me how to use it.
I spoke to Alex yesterday 9/13/2017, she was very helpful. I explained to her about my unit, that it was not working, it died. I had taken it to my physical therapist to look at, as he said he would. I had my AC Adapter & a fresh, new battery. There was nothing, it was completely dead. Alex checked my info, when I received it & found that the warranty had just expired.
