Scam. My insurance covered my tens unit fine but I didn’t know they wouldn’t cover the monthly supplies. And why would they considering the outrageous costs? Seriously, $19 for a 9volt battery. $680 for electrodes which you can buy on Amazon for $11. And $360 a month for a useless membership that apparently only exists to make them money as it has no other purpose. I still have my supplies in their envelopes unopened but Zynex says they’re non-refundable. So I’m stuck paying hundreds of dollars for about $30 worth of stuff. ... read more

The woman that called CHRISTIANA was lazy in helpful couldn’t have cared less didn’t help to check my Medicare primary or emblem health GHI to get my tens - so I got nothing but Greif & gave up if u want to help me get my tens machine call me @ 631-871-8344 I’m over 65 & disabled - u should get rid of CHRISTIANA since she is not an ASSet to your company - thanks Sharon K

Representative did NOT inform me of any charges when setting up delivery of product. I was under the impression that unit would be paid by insurance. Wasn't until i received a bill in the mail that I knew i had to pay, after receiving my equipment. Sent it back immediately and was charged for prorated usage. Poor service and would NOT recommend for this reason.

The only bad thing is the salesperson didn't listen to me for the reorder and kept sending the supplies and ran up a big bill and he said the insurance company approved the machine and it was not covered. So when I got the bill I called, the company did research and played the recording and heard that I said I would call when I needed more supplies. But I still had to pay and I think that's not right. I am not happy with the company for that. Brenda Burton

I received a bill after continuing to receive product I had asked and told my area guy I could not use due to brain surgeries so I didn’t need supplies, as I was not allowed to use my unit after the first 2 times I used it and still not cleared to use it 7 months later. I called the company directly where I was help fulled and professionally.

I really like the product, I was scammed by the physical therapist into paying for it. It is totally her fault for not getting it prescribed by a doctor.I think she pretended to be a doctor when she ordered it from your company. Anyway I an paying for it. I had a fractured tailbone.

This is a scam! Was told that insurance would cover 100% and then four months later, I get a bill for almost $200. They did say I could return it but since I have had it for four months I would still owe $45-$50. If I would have gotten the invoice sooner than four months, I would have sent it back right away. Feels like a big scam to me. Also they list and billed the insurance company almost $2000 and insurance paid $55
