Absolutely terrible call quality, we emailed our rep multiple times with no response as to helping us figure it out. Finally because the phone system was so awful we had to cancel, but RingCentral isn’t showing that call was ever logged. They get you on a 24 month contract, but then lie about not seeing that you’ve called for support. Our business deals with seniors and if we can hear them because the call quality is so awful it’s a safety concern for our clients. This is the WORST business software I ever used in my entire life! It never works properly. Something is wrong with it all the time (see the screenshot with just another moment of "something being wrong on their end"). There are thousands of complex settings that I can't even understand but we need to manage all of them just to get a simple call go through. Their support is very slow. Another member of a team who has used RingCentral for 5+ years but cannot seem to matter enough for even a return phone call. We are needing support to resolve a handful of issues, including removing lines we no longer need, but cannot get anyone to return calls, emails, or messages on our portal. These people treat their customers horribly. I've been a long time customer. We switched to Spectrum, and then came back. Been a decade with them. We used to have an accountant, but she took off. When I started handling the books, I found 2 Ring Central contracts for the same account number after 1 year worth of billing. 1 = 700 per mo. 2= 300 per mo. We sell cannabis related vaporizers, we are Canadian company messaging Canadians. RIng Central knew exactly what our products were from square one and agreed to sign us up anyway. Then, after a while they said our products are "vape" related and canceled our SMS. They continue to hold us hostage saying we violated their contract while not providing us our full service.
