A Very Capable Web Meeting Solution For Business - RingEX With RingEX, audio and video conferencing is easy and it makes holding online meetings a breeze. What makes it even better is the ease of integration with Outlook and my experience is awesome.

RingCentral MVP is a state-of-the-art VoIP system! RingCentral MVP is important to our call center environment because it gives us the full access we need for message, video and phone capabilities. Our call routing is based on specific skill sets (general customer service, roadside assistance, billing inquiries, etc.). This package provides the whole suite of services.

RingCentral is a tremendous and flexible contact center solution! RingCentral has been a significant upgrade on our contact center capabilities and has enhanced the overall customer experience. Shorter wait times, more customizable IVR, and the ability to put our customer's in the right department based on their specific needs.

Good product The sales process was easy. Once we signed, I was not aware that we would have new contacts for the onboarding process, and I spent a lot of time with general support team instead of a dedicated onboarding person/the sales rep that I worked with previously. Overall, a good standard easy-to-use softphone tool. Feature-full product with excellent end-user adoption. Feature-full product, virtually all use cases for our org is met with the options available.
