Ryan came out to give me an estimate. He was extremely friendly and personable. He explained the process that Hansons follows and how they back their work. He explained the various options offered and their pricing. Good person to send out to talk to potential new clients.

Ryan Parsons was fantastic! He was so easy going and knowledgeable. I felt like he had my best interest in mind and was not pushy compared to most salespeople. He blew my mind with the triple pane demo. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in the company and product.

Previously Hanson had their own employees and now they subcontract. Experience not as good. I had had 17 windows changed before and the roof but recent experience with changing four more windows not excellent. Subcontractors did a rush job, left mess , did not clean window glass before leaving and left removed sashes and white insulation paste in driveway, unhooked alarm magnet and did not put it back. Also subcontractors were rude and screamed when discussing issues.

First presentation was great. Loved the red light demo. Also, we chose triple pane. Other companies claim they have it, but they don’t. Only “performs” like triple pane. The 2nd visit for the re-measure, the guy was very informative of the product. I’m anxious to have a warm house this winter!
