I thought that the individuals doing the installation of my windows were very professional, steadily worked on the project until finished. The only eal hangup was because of weather. It was raining for a couple of days, so the installation had to be finished after the rain stopped. Nonetheless, the quality of the installation was what I had expected.

All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The workmen and office staff were skilled and pleasant, and I am happy with the results. I just can't given you the highest rating only because of a problem with the door wall handle - yet to be resolved, along with some scheduling problems. Your best practice seems to be a person assigned specifically to communicate with customers from your offices i.e., project managers.
Quick install. Minimal contact. Roof removal and install in one day. Excellent work.
