We replaced 10 of the windows in our house and we could not be happier. They did a fabulous job. From the initial presentation/pitch to installation, the process was professional and streamlined. We were well informed the whole way of what was going on. The installers did a very beautiful, clean, precise job. They found an error in one of the windows and ordered a replacement, no questions asked. The lead installer was excellent! He demonstrated great expertise and care in all his work and made sure the installation process was top notch. The first time ever having a home project with Hansons. Our Sales Representative, Jim was awesome, he set the tone. Once our project was underway, our Service Technician, Troy, was absolutely Awesome! Great personality, friendly, courteous, he was The Best.
