Two months waiting for gutters and downspouts. You are a disappointment to the industry. Work crew on roofing job were rude and left debris every where. The crew should never work for Hansons again
Hanson's measured my rear windows, they came in Underside, I told them I was not happy with what they're going to install I was sort of stuck because they removed the old windows and for me to call them let them know. Hanson's got back with me 4 days later and told me the windows are within their specs I'm stuck with them all they care about is the money they get not customer service
The expectations given by salesmen were not met. On the day of installation the installers seemed to be in a rush putting in the windows. The installers also left a pile of screws on my deck that my wife found 2 days after! Could have been bad as I let my dog out the back door and my 1.5 year old son plays on the deck. I have pictures of large amounts of silicone in the corners of windows and foam sticking out of the $3000 sliding door but I can’t post them here. Terrible communication and constant cancellation and rescheduling made this a nightmare! Our sales rep said he’d be with us to the end then dropped off the radar. Roofing was a mess and needed touch up work immediately. The siding was dropped off and sat for literally weeks. I really had no idea what was going on most of the time. The siding crew was the only good part of the whole job. To many sub contractors and people to try to get ahold of for answers. Still waiting on gutters…. Look elsewhere honestly. Worst company I've had to deal with in 20 years. I should have stayed with Wallside, who did an excellent job on other windows. Trying to spread the wealth came back to bite me.
Unfortunately, the sales representative that gave us a quote oversold the services that Hanson's would provide. He guaranteed us that the contractors would ensure proper cleanup during the old roof removal/replacement process. He also emphasized that the contractors would take great care to protect the property (e.g. siding, landscaping, windows, etc.), and that they would ensure proper cleanup before they left (i.e. clean up nails). I had my roof and gutters done by Hansons and was financed through green sky. There are no “Hanson” employees. They contract out local roof and gutter workers for their projects. The coordination between Hansons and the contractors is abysmal. You can’t speak with the contractors directly and Hansons never has any answers for you. Also, Hansons only seems to care about making money and making sure that you leave a good review. You will be spammed with messages and phones calls to leave reviews for the work that was done.
