Back again after first half of winter. Extreme amount of air coming through triple pane windows. Installed only 4 months ago correctly. They claimed an inspector did inspection in Auguslt but I was out Iof the country. So how. Now they want to charge $99 to look at. Do the job right the first time. How is this lifetime warranty but they charge a fee during first winter. I could understand in 2 years but 5 months later. No ill save my $99 towards Mt lawyer. Customer service will be customers difficult and challenging experience. It’s impossible to relay information to the right person if the people you talk to from has no idea what this company is selling. Managers at any level will not be able to help at all based on my experience. Calling back over a phone one time is not a solution. I will never buy from this company and if anyone is reading this stay away.
