The sales representative was very knowledgable of the product and answered all of my questions. The video presentation was very informative. However, 3 hours is far too long, this should be trimmed down to 1 hour max, like most of your competitors. Also your pricing is a little high compared to your competitiors offering similar rated products. If only your pricing was more competitive I feel sure I could have moved forward with this purchase.
