Shane New was very helpful and informative during the bid process. He was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the interaction. He was able to answer all my questions, and explained the process to me effectively. My only criticism which prevent a full five stars is the amount of time Shane took. I feel that the process could have been quicker. I am otherwise very pleased with my experience.

Shane got in touch that he could come early, which was welcomed. The appt went pretty long, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting. That being said, Shane was very thorough during the entire explanation of product and installation process. We were also not expecting to HAVE to make a choice today about getting a roof. I also did not like when we were chatting at the end about the 3 day cancellation time. I’m grateful for that time if Adam and I did feel pressured to buy.
