Shane New was very helpful and informative during the bid process. He was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the interaction. He was able to answer all my questions, and explained the process to me effectively. My only criticism which prevent a full five stars is the amount of time Shane took. I feel that the process could have been quicker. I am otherwise very pleased with my experience.

Shane got in touch that he could come early, which was welcomed. The appt went pretty long, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting. That being said, Shane was very thorough during the entire explanation of product and installation process. We were also not expecting to HAVE to make a choice today about getting a roof. A lot of options were made available to us on payments. I feel like Shane was kind, respectful and welcomed questions as we discussed. He seemed familiar with his proposal and presentation of information. Meeting was much longer than I anticipated. I thought it was going to be a brief visit to discuss options and costs and have some time to think over.
