Concerning my original visit with our salesman: The salesman, Doug, was very informative & answered all my many questions. Made me feel like we were important and knew I was making an educated decision. He took time and was patient. The process was easy and Doug was extremely polite & professional! I was not disappointed.

It took them months to just get the windows. Then they installed the windows, but didn't show up with trim boards. The office keep calling me wanting me to sign off that the job was complete but it wasn't because they hadn't been back to put up the trim. Before they came out we discovered the $8,000 dollar bay window was leaking water. The guy came out and he discovered it was a manufacturer defect so he pulled out window and fixed it.
