if I could give a zero star I would. We set up to get new windows install back in February 2021, a gentleman from the company then came out to measure our windows, the order was placed and the windows were scheduled to be installed on May 10 2021. May 10 comes and we find out the windows were measured wrong (by the so called professional they sent out to take the measurements.) Bryan Hagen came out today, to take measurements and assess the optimal approach. He explained structural requirements and how the replacement windows will be fitted; he was very patient with me, never disdaining my questions from the perspective of this being a first-ever undertaking. His assessment was not only thorough, but illuminating, and working with him was a pleasure, from both my and my husband’s viewpoints.

I called the 800 number to set up an appointment for Service, getting through to a human is painful. Long hold times, dropped calls, horrible connections, and at its worst, no one answers at all. I finally got a technician to my house, after 2 missed appointments and from there, the experience was great! The representative for Hanson's (Randy) was very informative. And after he was finished I had told him I wanted to think about it because my husband just died a couple months ago and I needed a little time and he wasn't pushy at all. He was extremely kind to me and said no problem.It is a lot of money for a new roofbut Randy explained it is a lifetime warranty and that is very comforting.

Worst experience ever. the day the contractor was supposed to show up for the final measure, he was 3 hrs. late and no call. I have been scheduled 2 times now and rescheduled 2 times NOW 2 DAYS OFF WORK FOR NOTHING. Every time I get excuses and no answers. I have 3 other friends ready to do business with them. I will definitely let them know my horrible experience.
