Would not recommend this company, I ordered windows, the were 4 weeks late in producing them (4 months). They stated that they will give discount for winter install to provide work for their crew. On December 14, I tore up my house to get ready for install. Their crew guess went on vacation and a sub contractor took until December 29 to finish. Not a fun Christmas!!!

If I could give a zero star review I would. If you need something done quick don’t go with them. The product takes months to get. We had nothing but problems with them. Good luck getting ahold of someone at the Sioux Falls office. Several times when I called in the call would get dropped after being on hold too long or the call would answer but no one would say anything on the other end. So far my experience with Hanson Windows has been fantastic I am working with the salesman Jeremiah and I have had zero issues with him he has been very professional very sensitive to my matter that has not faulted his professionalism at all I have been able to reach him and anytime that I've had a question even when my insurance company had put me off a while so I could try to get this done he has explained everything in great detail to where I have no questions or any hesitations about the job that will be done by this com... read more

Good sales pitch. Took over 2 months from start to picking up remaining material and installing missed vents. Lots of phone calls and emails. No problem with craftsmanship. More follow up and completion

will NEVER recomend Hanson for any type of work. We replaced windows, siding, and gutters and started this project all most 10 months ago at a cost of close to $60K. Project is still not completed. 2 windows and 1 patio door had to be replaced becaus of poor instalation and leaking. Facial trim and down spouts fell off with in 1-2 months of instaliation.
