Good sales pitch. Took over 2 months from start to picking up remaining material and installing missed vents. Lots of phone calls and emails. No problem with craftsmanship. More follow up and completion

will NEVER recomend Hanson for any type of work. We replaced windows, siding, and gutters and started this project all most 10 months ago at a cost of close to $60K. Project is still not completed. 2 windows and 1 patio door had to be replaced becaus of poor instalation and leaking. Facial trim and down spouts fell off with in 1-2 months of instaliation. Not a great experience customer service wise. We had some issues with our dryer vent being covered a long with a few mistakes. They were really hard to get ahold of and main goal was to collect the payment. I wrote a negative google review and they told me to email them, emailed them they responded once and never followed up. I followed up twice and no response. Seems to be the trend with this company. Would definitely spend my money with a more deserving business next time.

Hanson's send to be a terrible company with even worse customer service. The first contractor did an exceptionally terrible job, didn't caulk things correctly and left two windows without any caulk on the top of the window. It took over three months to get Hanson's to get someone out here to fix all but one window. When a different contractor came out here to fix those mistakes, he looked over every window and fixed every mistake that he was able to find.
