I was very impressed with his informative preview on what I needed done and the way in which he delivered it. he made me feel very comfortable and explain things in a manner that I could understand without making me feel stupid since I know nothing about roofs at all. He was very polite and bent over backwards to provide the product that I wanted and needed at an affordable rate.
