The roof was horrible prior to getting a quote and financing with Hansons we had rotting boards under old shingles and plenty of leaks in roof causing a lot of damage to floors and ceilings. I bought this house 3 years ago it passed a va home loan inspection but shouldn’t have and spent way more money fixing it than I should’ve. Anyways Hansons offered 3rd party financing and was able to approve us and had the roof finished about a month after my first call with Hansons.
