I had four bids to replace a gas tankless water heater. I chose 1-800-plummer + air. Ben and his crew were polite respectful and friendly. They text,called and e-mailed so communication is appreciated. We picked the Rinnai with recirculating pump and wi fi. They showed up on time and installation was stress free. The copper work by the plummer Garrett is a work of art. Garrett installed the wi fi app and took time to program the schedule. I'd give'um max stars.
