Jerry was fantastic! Not only did he do a great job on the service we requested but he took the time out of his day to give us some insight on some other possible plumbing issues. Very professional and great interpersonal skills. We’ll definitely be using them again if the need arises.
We had a washer box added and the gas line slightly redirected (for washer and dryer) as well as added a water line to the fridge in an inconvenient location. The whole team was very friendly and professional. Majesta was friendly and prompt when I reached out to them. And also sent multiple reminders for my appointments. Brian worked in fixing a damage in the water pipe line and Water heater flushing. He is excellent in the courteous way he did his visit, work, understanding - everything was perfect.
