RecommendedHorrible! Sold me a car that had burnt wires, drove good on the test. AC went out twice.. the mechanic was told me it was the relay.. the manager Samuel told him to take one off of another vehicle.. 4 days later AC out again.. car stayed with them 5 days.. got the car back and the NEXT DAY it would not start. Bought a car for my wife there in late December. They had us write positive reviews as part of the buying process. 3 weeks after getting the car, my wife came to me with complaints that the heat stopped working. Looked under the hood and the coolant was empty. Refilled it. A week later, the same issue happened again. Refilled and took to a mechanic who could not find an issue. We refilled the coolant. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Long story short they sold me a piece of garbage. I brought it back and the salesman tried to get me in something else,had me wait 3 hours just for the owner to change his mind about selling me the car. They tried to take advantage of me and wasted my time. Very shady people! Don’t go there
RecommendedI did have 5 stars. I bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan, Augusta 28th. My two sons and me needed a vehicle desperately. I emailed and told them I had no spare. No Response Back! The tires are bald, just two now. I had to get new brakes for the back. I cannot for the front because they are drum brakes. Not only that, but I can not get an alignment because the driver side has to have a new tie rod. The window has fallen on the passenger's side and the driver side sounds like it is about to go.
