I purchased a car from Matt at 10K Auto and within two day the transmission went out. The finance company tried to work with 10K but with no success so they took a loss on my behalf. To right a wrong customer in a bad situation. With that being said I did not get my down payment back either. So they can’t get one ⭐️ from me!!!

I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. The customer service was great, cars were clean, everything was fine with this company until a few weeks later. My vehicle was in the shop before I made the first payment. After, that the vehicle was in and out of Bradshaw getting several things fixed. I would fix one thing and another would code. Needless, to say I only had the vehicle 2 months then traded it in for a 2020 Toyota Corolla. This was my first experience buying from a lot that was not a actual dealer. Never again! These people sold my daughter a used car that lasted less than 48 hours before it would not start. They towed it back and TOLD her that they had put a new starter in it. 24 hours later it would not start. Now they say that they will not tow it again. Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They prey on people.

When I first purchased my car there I thought everything was going great, friendly people process was easy. The salesman Rick promised me that the headliner would be fixed before i came and got it, well once the owner Pete found out about his primise to me he was not happy with Rick and ultimately that was never repaired as promised. Rick even said he would pay out of his pocket if he had to and it was left at that. my mother in law who is 59 and never bought a car herself has been putting it off for several years and they made me and her feel lile family and the $ per car cannot be beat. Ed was great as were all the other guys I had the pleasure of meeting at this business .

Thanks for nothing yall are so great we went from agreeing 0 down and thats it to 500$ down that I don't have and the owner takes all the props for good things but putting all the bad stuff on there salesmen

I don't want to give this place one star but no other way to make a comment. So I buy this Nissan Sentra was supposed to be a 2015. No it's not a 2015 it's a 2014. I drove this car for 10days the owner calls and states he needs 500 down after I was approved for 0 down. So I'm told if I pay the 500 down I get the 2015 which I already told them I didn't want that car. Yes the owner was there at the time of sale we spoke to him about the car.
