Qua is the best Property Manager 1105 has had, he's professional and very personable, if you have an issue or concern, see him and he'll get it done, he really cares about his residents.

Community Manager, Jennie Speck, has an unusual way of handling professional matters. Much of my concerns were met with cliche responses that were unsettling and not reassuring. Her poor conflict resolution skills makes me wonder what screening process takes place prior to filling these positions. Not to mention property value and service has tremendously decreased since new management stepped “up”. I really used to enjoy living here now can’t wait till my lease expires.
Justin is the best, He showed me a one-bedroom and it was absolutely beautiful!! The amenity is top-class resort style. I explain to Justin that I'm going through a difficult divorce, and he was so encouraging and positive. His excellent customer service was beyond amazing and his personality is full of life. Justin has made my choice here easier to call 1105 my new future home !!!

1105 is a great place to live. The building is clean and quiet. My apartment has a gorgeous view and is spacious for a good price. The pool is always fun in the summer and is kept very clean. I love all the events we have like food trucks coming. I’ve never lived somewhere that I have developed so many friendships with other residents. Everyone is always friendly and nice.
