1105 Town Brookhaven the Property manager Qua has been very helpful and Amazing he made everything nice and smooth. the facility is great beautiful,clean, smoke free environment. And the area is perfect for students.

Nakephia is the Best Nakephia is the reason I am a writing this review! She is the best office staff I have encountered. I had an issue with false information reporting on my rental history and she went above and beyond to help correct the information so that I could move into my new home. I love my apartment and the area.

Qua & Larry are the best!!! I have enjoyed my stay at 1105. We only moved because we bought a house but the location is great & Qua is the best. Very attentive & always willing to help. He will always call you back & very professional. Larry is with maintenance & always helped us & did a great job the first time coming to our apartment. I will miss those 2
Great place to live Not only is the location extremely convenient, but the amenities and community are first-rate. All of the staff (Emilie, Qua, Jennie, Kephi, Larry, and Oleg) are courteous and helpful, and make living here a pleasure.

Nice Place to Live I put in a maintenance request and within an hour, Larry was there to take care of it. This staff works hard to make this a pleasant place to stay.
Thank You Thanks for taking care of my air conditioner, very fast and prompt. We really appreciate all that you do Larry. Any work order I have is always met with a smile and done very fast and efficient.
