Great Staff!! Me and my roommate have had a great experience moving into our new apartment thanks to the very helpful staff members. Emilie and Qua were the bomb. We love our apartment and location. Will definitely recommend!!!
1105 Review I lived at 1105 for 5 years with a few different employees in our office over that stretch. By far the team I most loved having there were Quay and Emilie! It was like a family as far as the relationships they had with the community at 1105! They were easy to communicate with and always had my best interest in mind. So refreshing to love someone her that the team takes such exceptional care of you!!

Great staff ! I was in a frenzy looking for a place to live. I found 1105 online and immediately fell in love when I went for a tour. The staff is absolutely amazing. Qua was beyond helpful and courteous. He made my move in process very smooth !

Fantastic place to live with a charming communal feel I have been a resident at 1105 Town Brookhaven for a little over a year in both a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartment and I could not have asked for a better place to live. Great amenities, conveniently located, and a staff more than happy to help! I would also personally recommend Qua Reid for any leasing needs, he handled both of my leases and always made the process a breeze.

Extremely Nice Staff! This property is wonderful! Staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is always spot on! Larry from maintenance always has smile on his face and gets things done in a timely manner.

Best Maintenance Staff! Larry from Maintenance is awesome! Other properties where I lived, the maintenance staff was no where near as efficient as this property! Love living here!
