Great Maintenance Staff To start, the property is beautiful. It’s very well kept and the amenities are really nice. Larry from maintenance is great! He’s super friendly and always assists me with a smile. I’ve lived at properties where the maintenance staff lagged and it can be frustrating. But that’s not the case here! Larry at 1105 gets things done quickly and efficiently!

Excellent Professional Service! Qua in the leasing office is the consummate professional! Proficient in his follow-up of any issue I have had. From matienence repairs or any other questions about the property. I would totally recommend for someone to make this property their home as long as he is on the leasing office team.

Staff experience In my apartment search, I came across Qua, one of the leasing agents, and he provided me with the customer service I wish I received in all my other searches— attentiveness, patience with all my questions, details in all the apartment amenities, and great personality. While with Qua you are his main focus and concern and he will not rush you or make you feel like a nuance for asking questions. 1105 !!! Great Place To Live From the first time that I stepped foot on this property I feel in love. The amenities such as the Clubhouse, and the Fitness center were definitely a plus for me. The staff is great and very friendly. Qua in the front office was great, very knowledgeable and made us fee like this should be our new home. Also Larry on the maintenance team answered some questions I had about the property, and let us know how great of a facility that 1105 is. 10/10
