We received a 2-page letter in the mail from this company soon after the tornados came through the area Aug 2024. The top letter was a "Hail Impact Assessment." It listed our personal information and address in the header so was very personalized. The header on the first page noted "Potential Storm Damage." I had work done, from them. They did good work, there was minor work to be done on my garage. I was texting them and I never got any response. I tried calling, no one answered.
If you want people literally crapping in your yard, drinking alcohol on the job, and leaving your home a mess then 123 is for you. That’s what A******s crew did for us. A****** the slick talking “salesman” for 123, assured us that when the job was complete he would personally walk around our property to make sure no nails were left behind. Took over 4 months(June to present; October) to do roof, siding and gutters. Caught 100s literally 100s of mistakes throughout the job and it’s still not complete. Gutters improperly installed, over flowing and flooding the gardens/yard. They siding crew punctured my HVAC line and had to refill refrigerant. Drip edge was peeled up and redone 3 times, now dozens of shingles are lifting in the wind and not sealing. Wood trim work has taken 10+ attempts to install. Your complaint as to the roof installation was unfounded, we hired an independent home inspector to look at the roof and according to the inspector, the installation was done correctly. Also when the roof was completed you were seen on top of the roof with a leaf blower and then complained that the shingles weren't sealing. Scammers . Noticed many reviews are almost written in same way which means friends doing it or making fake accounts to make reviews. Showed up at home after a storm . Trying to push hiring them . Then trying to get you to sign two contracts. One of which is if you dont hire them you still have to pay them something.
They performed siding, gutters, and roofing. All went well until they damaged my home with their scafolding. It took over 2 months (several voice mail/email and promises to be there the next day all unfulfilled) for them to come out and repair. I held payment until my damaged house was corrected as this is my only recourse. Just prior to the repair work being done they slap a Lien on my house.
