We had hail damage to our home and ended up with new siding, a new roof, new gutters/down spouts and facia replacement. 123 Exteriors and specifically the project manager, Austin, did a fantastic job. Austin helped with everything from the start to finish. He made himself accessible for questions and was very knowledgeable. We made the right choice in the company to handle our repairs.
Easy to work with and very satisfied with job completed.
I was apprehensive to talk with someone "off the street" about such a huge job. David H**** came by with a flyer and followed up a few days later. He remembered to talking to my son and the details of said conversation. I told him that there was no way I could afford a new roof and new siding and he asked if I had considered going through my insurance company. He assured me that if he found damage that HE would deal with the insurance company, all I had to do was get them on the phone....and that is ALL I had to do!!! David ... read more

David and Austin were fantastic! David helped us navigate the process from start to finish and Austin ensured the actual repairs were done to our satisfaction. 123 Exteriors recently replaced the siding on our home. The crew did a fantastic job and got the job done quickly. David H****, the restoration specialist, stuck by us every step of the way. From the initial contact and the inspection of our home, David was there if we had any questions throughout the entire process. He even helped us with the back and forth with our insurance company to make sure that they paid as they should. David is great! Highly recommend 123 Exteriors!
Having any kind of contracting work done on your house can be a stressful experience. Well, it's hard to imagine it going any better than it did with *** and ******. Both were amiable and knowledgeable, setting expectations perfectly. And helped to get us new siding and a new roof for free thanks to insurance!
