Excellent customer experience. Very professional and knowledgeable. Follow up after the job was completed and excellent service. Took care around landscaping and great job of clean up after the work was done. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.
We had our roof replaced last year by Wildwood Roofing. Since then, there has been a leak in our garage. We have had to have them come out twice since then to address the leak, but it still hasnt been fixed. We continually call them to have it fixed once and for all, but they either dont answer or make it a low priority. In addition to this, the flashing wasnt installed correctly behind the siding which is probably why we have the leak. Reimagine Roofing was a disaster for us. The so-called Project Manager initially did the assessment and assured me that he would be onsite every day during the work. But when the crew arrived, he was nowhere in sight. Day after day, I would call to hear that there was "an issue" with work at another site (that certainly should have been a warning) but that he'd be there for sure tomorrow. This happened repeatedly.
