Due to my work schedule, it was hard to meet with anyone during normal working hours. ****** was nice enough to meet me outside of those hours to look at my roof. He explained everything clearly and willingly answered any questions I had, as this was all a new process for me to handle. Materials were delivered when they said and were placed where I said. We had a great experience with Aspen Exteriors to install a new roof. ***** ******, our project manager, was knowledgeable, professional, patient with our indecisiveness on roof shingles, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The roof installation did a quality and quick job. They very willing to work with our schedule with two young kids to ensure most of the work was performed when we weren't home.
