Austin, our sales consultant, did a great job of determining what needed repair, meeting with the insurance adjuster to work through the many obstacles in getting our hail damage filed under claim. The team at 123 worked on our behalf with the insurance company throughout the entire (lengthy) process, while our insurance company was trying to deny a large part of the claim. We had hail damage to our home and ended up with new siding, a new roof, new gutters/down spouts and facia replacement. 123 Exteriors and specifically the project manager, Austin, did a fantastic job. Austin helped with everything from the start to finish. He made himself accessible for questions and was very knowledgeable. We made the right choice in the company to handle our repairs.
