I was apprehensive to talk with someone "off the street" about such a huge job. David H**** came by with a flyer and followed up a few days later. He remembered to talking to my son and the details of said conversation. I told him that there was no way I could afford a new roof and new siding and he asked if I had considered going through my insurance company. Universal was a wonderful company to work with! ***** came out immediately and was always quickly responsive whenever I had questions or reached out about the insurance claim we had on our roof. They did a seem less job on a complicated roof and exterior siding area of our home which was not done properly by another company the first time. I would highly recommend Universal and their crew for any roofing or exterior work you need. The professionalism and quality was top notch!
