After fixing a couple of minor issues things look good. but your sales guy said we would get something for every referral you received a contract on. We refered Susan Reich which you put a new roof on and we have heard nothing

Working with our representative, assessing the damage to our home, and filing the claim was easy and we were informed along the way what to expect. That was the good part. The actual work of replacing the roof wasn't as seamless. The crew dented my garage door in a couple places and also apparently used PERMANENT chalk lines when installing my new roof which cause discoloration in a number or areas. While there were a few bumps along the way, overall everything went as planned and we are very happy about the results. We get compliments from everyone who knew what our house looked like before and will refer people to you whenever people ask who did the work.
Siding was accomplished as expected. Was not made aware that a third party installer would be contracted and not 123 Ext. employees performing work.
