The experience from the first visit to the last was always positive! We have never seen a system so thorough from the sales to the inspection. The crew that did the work was thorough, hard working, and efficient. They cleaned up the yard meticulously. The inspection was top notch. They noticed slight imperfections that even WE didn’t see, and then it was handled with expediency. The overall quality of the workmanship is outstanding! We would recommend to anyone!
Everything looked nice and well put together just as long as it stays that way which it should it had plenty of high wind tests. Just wondering on any paper work for warrant on the new roof didn’t see anything on that so if you want to contact me on that yous have my phone number
Every one including the crew were great.
Work was done well except for a few spots they had to come back and clean/fix up. There was also a part of my roof by the siding that wasn’t sealed and leaked a lot of water into my house. Overall communication was not good, I came home one day and had a dumpster in my driveway, no notice… same when the supplies were delivered. They just showed up without any notice. Overall happy with the work completed though. ,
Great job working on the detail siding plans, custom LP colors! Excellent work on execution! Very easy to do business with! I have referred them to my friends. They are also the best value for the $ after shopping alternatives.

Siding was put on in October 2022. several pieces of siding fell off 10months later. 123 exteriors sent someone out to repair the same day we called.
The salesman approached me three times. I felt that we didn’t have any damage. He showed me all the damage to my surprise. He was very helpful and always picked up the phone when I had questions. The job was done ahead of time and everything looks very nice..
Great job .any concerns were answered quickly and professionally.our contact Patrick was stellar, he went out of his way to accommodate our situation.The install crew did a great job efficient and hard working men . I would recommend 123 to anyone in need of new roof.
