Working with our representative, assessing the damage to our home, and filing the claim was easy and we were informed along the way what to expect. That was the good part. The actual work of replacing the roof wasn't as seamless. The crew dented my garage door in a couple places and also apparently used PERMANENT chalk lines when installing my new roof which cause discoloration in a number or areas.
