Newly renovated and great landlord First off, this building is very pet friendly, which is great for San francisco. I have a cat and with this apartment you don't have to sacrifice quality or pay a premium for cats, which also is rare for San francisco. The building was built in the 20s so it's an old building but has been maintained very well.
