I came to Moraga post acute care because I broke my pelvis in January 2024. I found that the care was exceptional. Breaking my pelvis was no joke and very difficult for anybody especially the CNA's who attended me for all my needs and toiletries. There was always someone to help me and not leave me alone during my recovery. I found the food satisfactory and always delivered to our rooms on time. I have a beautiful and wonderful mother who was living with me. As her dementia progressed it became challenging. She ended up in the hospital, and I had to find a skilled nursing facility. We went with Moraga Post Acute. The quality of care was wonderful. They were patient with my mom. She participated in activities. Dancing Word games and more. Housekeeping work hard to keep the facility clean. Therapy was also wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for caring and taking good care of my mom.

I was at Moraga Post-Acute for a month. I thought that all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The Certified Nursing Assistants and nurses were skilled and conscientious. I really appreciated both the physical and occupational therapy sessions. The facility was very clean and the backyard area was lovely. I came home much improved!

My wife arrived at Moraga Post Acute late on a Friday night by medical transport from John Muir. She had spent 2 months at John Muir having had 3 procedures 2 blood infections and 10 days at UCSF having a large brain tumor removed. She still needed heavy medications to stop the blood infections. We choose MPA because of their reputation on physical therapy. My 93 year old father just arrived home from Moraga Post Acute (MPA) after recovering a fall/hip facture. Our family really appreciates the great care and attention he received at MPA. He had a of specific needs and requests that were all addressed in a professional and timely manner. Every staff member is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. My son was treated for a month at Moraga Post-Acute Care...He received excellent care..All of the staff is friendly and ready to help with the patient's needs...they work very hard....The activity director had many different activities every day...including music and films...The grounds are very nice and some activities were held outdoors when it was warm... I highly endorse Moraga Post-Acute Care..

5.0 star rating 10/9/2018 Hi, my name is Anthony Hill. I wanted to express my appreciation and care I received during my stay at Moraga Post Acute therapy. The entire staff is friendly and they showed they really cared about me getting well. The Nurses and CNA's were fantastic and did everything to make me feel more comfortable in a place that is hard to feel comfortable. They really did well. This review is long overdue. In January my 98 year old grandmother needed SNF care after being hospitalized with a flu. Moraga Post Acute is outstanding facility! All staff is very friendly and professional. Great, caring CNAs, nurses, therapists. All of patient's needs, and beyond, were met not only by medical staff, but also by other workers- admin, kitchen, activities.
