Most nursing homes pretty much offer the same thing. Once in a while you will find one that is a little more dated with their flooring or paint. However, what really makes the difference is the management and the floor staff. I have known the new Administrator of this facility for years. He has proven himself time after time to be a responsible and caring leader. He shows as much love and compassion to his staff as he does his patients. I would recommend any facility that he was working at.

This is my first experience with a rehab center and it was for my 100 year old mother who suffered pelvic fractures. The facility was quiet, clean, yet there were activities for anyone who cared to participate. My mother also has dementia and the activity side was great for her. I think she enjoyed it. I also appreciate Connie, her therapist, who was kind and considerate of her special needs. Another thanks to Sarah and Lali, who kept me in the loop with her progress and seemed to genuinely care.

This facility is OUTSTANDING!! it was the very BEST places i could ever had my husband, a second time stroke patient at. Great, warm and caring CNA's Nurses and Admin staff. Rehab Therapists too-- SHOUT!! If you come here and notice the modern, beautiful & homey rooms you'll know its as close to home as close can be!! They also sent visiting nurse to do medication mgmt-- (thank you, Chantel) and a doctor and CNA for personal care too under hospice program. OVERALL, 5 star 5 star business! Anyone can walk into this place off the street. There's no monitor or staff that pays any attention to the door that's used for entering and exiting! My mom was bleeding internally and it was never reported to my family and I. They called to tell me that my mom was unresponsive and what did I want them to do! She ended up in the hospital with a BP of 40/60 or 60/40 and need of a blood transfusion. Her hemoglobin went from 10 to 7 in 3 days! I'm thankful she's still here,, I can go on but I won't! I would give zero stars and have filed a police report with moraga police department and have contacted lawyers they almost killed my grandma. They didn't give her medications for over 17 hours and left her in soiled underpants for 17 hours as well. She was supposed to be on a bipap machine during the night and the one they put on her was broken and spitting water in her face they said they would fix it and never did. It's been a few months now and I really am exhausted. I was sent to Moraga Post Acute on July 24th. I really don't know how to say it RESPECTFULLY, this place is a demeaning ugly Rehab. Appearance wise it's beautiful. However I have to let people know so there family members do not have to suffer as I am daily. I was there roughly 3weeks only was asked 2 times if I was wanting to get up and get therapy.. I would ask the Therapist multiple times daily if I could get therapy and was blown off every time, Now 4 mont4l

Avoid this place at all costs!!! They haven't haven't had air conditioning in a week. That is ELDER ABUSE! The quality of care POOR. They don't read the medical records and reports and are absolutely clueless. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I would not recommend this place AT ALL. MY husband was there April 2023 and passed away in 3 weeks. . The worst thing is that their ONLY doctor returns calls 2-3 days after you leave message. That is only way to get in touch by leaving message. Thus, my husband was IN PAIN for 7 days post surgery without pain meds because of that. This is YOUR ONLY CHOICE of doctor -THEIR horrible doctor who wont return calls for 3 days or talk to you!! The nurse and staff do NOT know the "dementia pain scale pain ratings" at all.
