My mother was admitted to Oak Glen Post Acute after suffering a broken hip, and I can't say enough about the care she received during her stay. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for. The nursing team was attentive and compassionate, always taking the time to explain her care and check on her regularly. I stayed for about 30 days and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff went out of their way every day to make sure my every need was met. I came in with a serious health issue, and am going home a much better man. I hope that I never need their services again, but if me or my Family ever do, I would choose Oak Glen Acute Care again. Oak Glen Post Acute Is a Very Nice & Clean Facility I Was There For a Month & a Week. The Facility Staff Was Great & Professional The Facility Mangement Teams Were Curtious & Showed The Care For Your Well Being, The Food Was Not Too Bad The Dietician Took Well Care For Your Diet. The Therapy Team Was Had Me Working In My Leg & Upper Body. I Would Recommend This Facility To Anyone Who Needed Some Therapy Or To Be Nursed Back To Health, Jojo & Ginalynn Would Be Seen Walking Around Checking On Patients To See That Our Needs We... read more

Oak Glen Post Acute is a fabulous facility. The entire staff from the RNs, LVNs, CNAs, dietary, maintenance, case management, billing, social services, activities staff, marketing, admissions, and I am probably leaving off someone inadvertently, but every single employee there were the best of the best. They were competent, friendly, helpful, caring and on top of their jobs. I cannot say enough good things. They are all awesome. I highly recommend them. From Cindy.

I have been to several nursing homes and Oak Glen is the best! It is old, but clean and the staff is wonderful. The air conditioning needs work, but they are working on it - you can tell they care because you see guys going around checking the temperature in each room daily. It didn't bother my husband because he's always cold anyways. The staff is very attentive, caring and friendly. My mother Blanca Gonzalez was there for about a month. She received the best care, she had therapy, great food and a good roommate. I really like Joanna (Jojo) Morsa, every time she saw me she would give me a hug. She also gave me snacks and drinks, she's the best. Also, Dulce Dallas was a great help too.
