**I would not recommend Oak Glen Post Acute to anyone that ACTUALLY likes their loved one** My grandfather arrived on August 11, 2026, in the afternoon following surgery. What happened over the next several days was completely unacceptable. On his first day, he was not given a shower or an examination. His pain medication was not given in a timely manner and was sometimes hours late. Even worse, throughout his entire stay, no one came to assist him with using the restroom. They say stuff to you you will get x tra help like med to get you moving to get to therapies to recover or simply eye drops fish oil! Bub they have no intent to wate you out till your gone back to your doctor and your discharge
