I will begin at the beginning. From the moment we were welcomed to Oak Glen we knew it was going to be the answer to our prayers for Richard's rehabilitation. We were greeted as family, and the excellent Care was constant and loving. The environment was so clean, thanks to the maintenance staff and welcoming. My mother Blanca Gonzalez was there for about a month. She received the best care, she had therapy, great food and a good roommate. I really like Joanna (Jojo) Morsa, every time she saw me she would give me a hug. She also gave me snacks and drinks, she's the best. Also, Dulce Dallas was a great help too.

Oak Glen Post Acute has been my mother's home for almost 4 years. Everyone treats my mom as though she is their family. From the administration to the CNA's/RN's every one of them takes the time to acknowledge my mom to make her feel special and comfortable. Activities has been something that my mom looks forward to these days with their new coordinators. I am so very grateful for each of the staff members. Thank you O.G.P.A. for taking the time to show my mom some love She loves you all!

My Dad was at Oak Glen Post Acute for over three months and he received excellent care from a staff that genuinely cared for his well being and comfort. Everyone there treated him with dignity and respect! l'm so glad we found this place, my brother and I knew from the time we toured the facility that this was what was best for our Dad. Everyone at Oak Glen Care Center is wonderful. Very helpful in every way, especially when dealing with difficult medical issues regarding family member. Facility is warm and kind and very attentive to family member that is recovering. Every staff member there goes above and beyond to assist you with your questions and your concerns and offer suggestions that will help assist you in making decisions regarding care for your family member. When Oak Glen Care Center was caring for our family member it felt like a second home.

Let me start with the office experience all the people in the head offices are very professional. They take all the concerns personal. Care Quality This is another matter. Today is a whole new generation. The quality of care depends on who is working on what day. But if you bring it to the attention to the head office staff they do look into it. The. From the moment I entered Oak Glen Post Acute I was greeted by the administrator and several businesses office people including admissions director. I felt at home right away, and that was just me entering the building. Later I met Maria the social worker she took care of my needs and gave me feedback. Every LVN nurse helped me when I needed help with my medical needs. My husband was there for 3 weeks and from the moment he was there until he was discharged the staff was extremely nice professional whole environment was pleasant I work in the nursing field and it a thankless job but patients are our primary concern their needs being met and my husband was a very difficult patient but from the admission to the janitor everyone so kind and understanding they go over and beyond the call of duty I was very much impressed a place that I would recommend to all my friends and love ones
