I was taken care of very well. All the nurses and technicians were so helpful. Everyday I had occupational and physical therapy to help me walk again Reine and Heather were the therapists that worked with me Thank you to all the staff at Paradise Valley Healthcare

I spent 40 days here recovering from spinal surgery. I was on the 3rd floor. The staff was awesome. So much better than I could have imagined. Lily, and Carmelita saw to it that I was clean and had everything I needed. In the past I heard horror stories about skilled nursing facilities. Paradise Valley completely changed my mind. Fantastic care by all the staff

My 85yo father suffered a stroke in May 2025. As a result, his legs atrophied and he experienced dementia, agitation, difficulty sleeping and impulsiveness. A skilled nursing facility was recommended as he was not strong enough to go home or for acute rehab. We chose PVM as the location was convenient for our family; not to mention, we asked around and did our due diligence and were told PVM is a good facility and to request the 3rd floor as it's the best floor. Special Thank You to the entire staff at Paradise Valley Manor!! My Mother (Martina Cruz) was transferred there for recovery after her stroke. From the moment she checked in, we felt a genuine warmness from the Administrators (like Maggie/Britney), nurses and assistants (George/Anna & others) who came into contact with her. My father stayed here twice this year once from late February until mid March and again from May until July. My father's case was fairly complicated a cabbage that followed multiple issues before he found himself at Paradise. A referral came from a family friend it helped a lot that the location was close to my home so I could visit my father daily. First and foremost my upmost gratitude goes to the 3rd floor care staff. I could not be more pleased with the care my mother-in-law received at Paradise Valley Manor. Staff was pleasant and responsive, facilitated her access to hospice services, and helped make her final days peaceful and comfortable. We are grateful for the facility and those who cared for her.

Belated thanks to everyone at Paradise Valley Manor and Health Care Center. After suffering an L-1 compression fracture I was transported to PVMHC. I was there for 3 1/2 weeks. The quality of care was excellent! Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy were right on target. I was "worked" everyday and it definitely paid off. The nursing staff, especially Yolly on the medications, were terrific. And the CNAs ( Esmer, Citi, Edwina,Ohany and many others) were the best. I have been working as an entertainer at paradise Valley for the talented caring activities director Estrella Genova for years. She is a highly creative person who is a model of a great director for senior/geriatric patients and the patients are kept responsive and in good spirits under her supervision.
