They were professional and pleasant to work with. I received a quote from another plumbing company(Plumb Tech Serv.) who wanted to charge me double and told me my plumbing wasn't up to code. The professional from 1800 Heaters confirmed my plumbing was indeed up to code and no need to change. Entire experience was very positive from first contact with customer service thru the installation. Customer service rep was very helpful and informative. Installer was professional,courteous, and explained everything. Only negative was I got a call at 9 that they would be there by 11 and he didn't show up till close to noon. Then he said the job would take 2 hours; After 2 hours he said he was done and just had to wrap, which took another hour so it was really 3 hours. Took up much more of my day than expected. work and workmen were professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after finishing. Be aware that if you don't speak to the same "scheduler" after the first phone call, the person who answers on call back may tell you that your person is unavailable. This happened to us. They work on commission so that part was unprofessional.
