The phone salesperson was very courteous and helpful. The technician who actually installed the new water heater was prompt, efficient, friendly, and it looks like he did a great job. This company also gave a very good price so it didn't break the bank. All in all I would highly recommend.
The customer service was good. They were thorough, efficient, quick and reasonable. They do their work well and are affordable.

They did a great job replacing the water heater quickly and efficiently. Communication was really good all around. Cleaned up well and did a great job explaining all the features of the new heater. Would recommend.
