Verified Renter Everything here has been really nice so far. It feels like a nice community. My only critique would be that I wish there were elevators here but that's about it.

Verified Renter Move in process was easy and the office was extremely helpful. The apartment is in very nice condition and it came with a carport included in rent, no complaints so far. I haven't used the club house amenities yet with the gym and pool, but I look forward to testing them out.

Verified Renter 1820 South has been a welcoming, kind community. The amenities are tidy and clean. The apartment is very spacious, and I appreciate the amount of storage space provided as well. Parking is easy and convenient. This autumn my dog and I have been enjoying the dog park, and taking walks around the pond. Additionally, I appreciate how well lit the community is at night!
