Worth it Great maintenance and management staff. They treat us like family and go above and beyond. Price is high but I enjoy living somewhere that I feel comfortable and safe.
Great! My fiancee and I have lived at Country Place for 1 and a half years and we truly have enjoyed it. The staff is wonderful and my apartment is gorgeous. It feels like a home. We will stay at Country Place until we are ready to own a house!
Perfect Spot This apartment is in the perfect spot in Mt Pleasant, Michigan. It's in walking distance from the Cabin, which is great because my husband and I can have a date night and not have to worry about who has to drive since we both like to enjoy their 32 oz mixed drinks for $6 and scrumptious pizza! It is also close, but not too close to the CMU campus, which is great if you're taking classes there or just want to be a part of their festivities. Pretty Nice Pretty nice place to live. Overall quiet and clean. Nice staff. Pretty expensive though. You can obviously get a place much cheaper but it won't be as nice.
Terrible management Do not trust Country Place Apartments, the management only cares about one thing and it is not their customer’s satisfaction. Also be careful when you leave a deposit for first month’s rent, because if you don’t qualify, they will not refund your deposit for two months. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
Country place apartments Country place apartments like any apartments have pros and cons. The pros are there is a swimming pool,excersize room and basketball court.there's also a pond in the back. Animals are allowed for a fee. It was very simple to sign all the paper work and move in, the staff is very nice and helpful. There are plenty of dumpsters, It's very clean and there is plenty of parking. The cons are when we first moved in there wasn't any heat but it was fixed right away.
