***** has been outstanding throughout this whole process. He has been so professional and been a pleasure working with him. I came to 1st Signature for my construction to permanent loan after and terrible experience with another lender. From the beginning they were wonderful. The help chat in the corner is a live person and not a computer, virtual assistant. Nicholas put me in contact with Phil and once that happened everything started getting done. Phil, Derek and Kayla were not only helpful but also patient and always friendly. They made sure I understood exactly what was happening and what was needed of me. They explain everything every step of the way. The biggest thing for me was when they told me they would do something and when it would be done, it happened. I would recommend 1st Signature to anyone that has a need for a construction to permanent loan. Only regret I have is that I didn't start business with them sooner.

From the very beginning my experience with 1st Signature was a great one. ****, ***** and ***** are an amazing team that kept me updated every step of the way and were willing to answer every question I had. My whole loan process took approximately less then a month from the start of it till I closed on the loan earlier this week. I am so grateful that they were able to get me into an FHA Conventional Construction to Perm loan. I cannot wait to have my Dream House.
