I can only sum up my 1st experience as a waste of time. Me and my fiancée spend months trying to get a home and we got introduced to Tammy. She was very nice and helpful. It’s was crazy how easy she made the process seem but of course being a first time home owner we wouldn’t know any different. Matt Bridgman and clan are the definition of shady. We contacted 1st signature lending because they were on the government’s usda website for available lenders. Matt B answered and we talked about the process and sent him the loan application along with all of our personal details.. we scheduled a call the next day so ‘his assistant could work up some numbers for us’.
