Love this place!! spin class with Rachael Wednesday and Friday is the absolute greatest 5:30 am workout!! Her energy and personality gets you going for the day!!
I love Fremont Super 24 hour fitness club. Water Aerobics is my favorite. Need to come back and get commitment again! I miss it so much.

This place is one of the best 24 I have ever been too in the Bay Area. Hands down beats Hayward, San Mateo, I've been a member since 24 was first established I. The early 90s. Place is clean people are friendly. Lockers are spaced out perfectly. Showers are fully functional. Steam room, sauna works flawlessly. This place should be the new standard for the rest of the Bay Area!
