Love this location as well as the old school Newark one. Weights here are in separate area like Hayward 24 HR Fitness and it's awesomely dark like a dungeon - which adds to the experience of pumping iron. Skip the Whipple location - always jam packed.

This is my wife...and my daughter's homebase. Initially, some of the workers were off putting, but the set of folks they have there now are awesome. Especially at the Kid's Club. Rebecca M and Brooke B are two women I'd be comfortable leaving our daughter with overnight! They treat all the kids like they are special, and that is always refreshing to see. I really like 24hr Fitness membership, I take about 10 classes a week at various locations -- HSS, FS, FSS, Paseo, Newark, San Mateo, depending on the class. I have also been to 24's in Long Beach, Pomona, and San Diego, when visiting there. The number of classes I take would bankrupt me if I had to pay for them. For all that it is a bargain compared to most other gyms. Specific to automall: Good: Always parking space; good equipment options; mornings not much waiting for equipment. I hope they fixed the plumbing in the men's room. Great selection of weights and the staff are super! Good location, B ball courts, sauna, pool.... nice place overall but gave 3 star because of plumbing issue that wasn't getting fixed.
Best gym in Fremont and surrounding area. Great staff very helpful and patient to my million questions
