Although the space is small and there are no frills, the gym has everything i need and more. The community of regulars and trainers/instructors are awesome. One of the better 24 hour fitness experiences I've had as a member for nearly 5 years in other cities.

I've been coming here about 4 months now. The two men I usually see around 4 a.m. when I'm there are very nice and were patient with me as I learned the finger scan system. I'm glad to have it in my neighborhood.

I have been to many different gyms and I have to express how pleased I am with this gym I never have to wait for equipment patrons are good about cleaning the equipment they use the staff is helpful and friendly as far as odors go I have not had that encounter hence shower before and after the gym makes a difference just saying
Please don't cancel saturday 7:30 am Spining class on May 24 I Love The class and it's the best way to start my weekend.

Mgt there has changed for the better I'm sure. GM was this rude little creature named Jennifer, she is gone now I hear. Great little neighborhood gym, perfect if your local.
