In need of a personal trainer, the only one to ask for is Jovon. He is a master at what he does and what he does will change your life for the better.
Don't ever forget your headphones. Sometimes, I like to go without headphones, so I can focus on my work out, rather than the music, but I always forget the annoiying grunting in the free weight section. It's seriously annoying, and ruins the whole atmosphere of getting a good lift. The guys who do this aren't even that big.
Work out here five to six days a week and usually at a slow time. Several issues, need more benches and to many damn people on their cell phones instead of working out.
I put my back out at gym at the Resort on my visit last year. I'm really glad the 24 hr is nearby and my back was great when I left.
Today was day 2 of my 3 day trial and I'm very pleased with my experience. I was able to get my full workout in without any waiting and I pretty much had the whole studio to myself. The staff has been super friendly and the facility from what I saw was cleaner than a lot of gyms I've been to. I'm for sure signing up Monday, best part their having a sale! Half off the initiation fee. 👍
