From 3-6 24 hour employees at the front desk. Its no wonder the club is dirty(filthy), machines are broken, and nothing changes even if the staff change. Put the staff to work on the gym floor not at the front desk acting like there happy to see you. That's patronization not customer service. Gross gym try another gym if it's your only choice be prepared.
I actually dont care about the old equipment or smelly rooms. The worst customer/member services. i used to think highly but after an unfortunate encou ter with incompetence. Spin machines suck and there are never any on the regular cardio room. When kindly ask they be taken out (since two are supposed to be in the cardio room) it takes them 30 minutes, or they just ignore your requeat and call it a day. #heated
Nice staff, sloppy and inconsiderate members, dirty facility.
Their pool needs help.
Hi, you guys need to work hard telling the people to pick up ther mess after they finish there are a group that always leave the waights on the floor they think they are the only people on the building they don't care about the other people that's no nice because gym is for everybody,
Not the best. But close to work.
It seems like this is where the other 24's retire their equipment to. Treadmills are always messed up.
